Justin Putzier, is a true Wyoming native. His lifelong career boasts his service with The Wyoming Game and Fish for seven years, 12 years of service in the oilfield and 10 years working as a professional hunting and fishing guide. In August of 2020, Justin pursued a new passion and obtained his Wyoming Real Estate License partnering with his wife Charlotte Putzier. Together they are The Putzier Real Estate Team.
Justin has a true love for Wyoming. He enjoys helping residents find their perfect home right here in Casper, Wyoming and the surrounding areas. He is a teacher at heart and sincerely enjoys the opportunity to educate new homebuyers and to guide sellers to success through real estate. The client’s needs always come first and his clients can expect transparency and honesty throughout the whole transaction.
Justin’s faith in Jesus gives him a foundation for service and love towards others. He currently sits on the board for a local organization, Child Evangelism Fellowship. When Justin is not on the job he enjoys spending time with his family, camping, hunting, and fishing. As a Casper, Wyoming native, his claim to fame is the “outdoorsman.”

Charlotte Putzier began her career as a real estate agent with Keller Williams in Conroe, Texas in 2002. 12 years ago she obtained her Real Estate License through Wyoming Real Estate Institute in Cheyenne, Wyoming. Since then she has been helping her clients buy and sell their Casper homes.
Charlotte is passionate about helping her clients succeed through real estate. She is passionate about educating home buyers and sellers from contract to closing.
When Charlotte is not busy serving her clients, she enjoys interior decorating, furniture rehab, the mountains, camping, and baking with her daughter. She has a love for music, traveling, fashion and coffee.
Charlotte partners with her husband Justin in their real estate business. They have been married for 11 years and together they have a daughter named Brook. As a family, the Putziers are sponsoring children overseas through World Vision International and the Child Fund International. They also sponsor missionaries from Casper, Wyoming who are actively serving in a remote region of Russia.
